HKA Benefits & Process

A smooth medico legal service, from first contact to final psychological or orthopaedic report

  • 1. You instruct HKA

    Our in-house staff are ready to receive enquiries from solicitors and medico legal agencies via phone, email or online form. Once we have the details of the client and case, we'll process this.

  • 2. We arrange the expert witness

    Once the preferred clinical psychologist or orthopaedic surgeon has been selected from our UK register, we'll arrange an appointment and confirm the details within five days.

  • 3. Expert witness produces report

    Following the appointment, your nominated expert witness will complete a detailed psychological or orthopaedic assessment and return this to HKA within two weeks.

  • 4. We send report

    The circle is completed when HKA sends the approved medico legal report to solicitor or agency. We are also available to solicitors for enquiries and clarifications at our Cheltenham headquarters.
